To ensure these values are upheld and recognized in the marketplace, we adhere to the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards outlined by the CanadaGAP Certification Program. This certification involves an annual audit and a comprehensive review of our farming and packing operations. We have established detailed policies and procedures for personal hygiene and food safety, which are strictly followed from harvest through to the final packing of fruit.
