 Okanagan Sunshine Fruit Packers Ltd. strives to employ practices that are in keeping with sustainable farming, food safety, worker health and safety. As a means of gaining market recognition for these efforts, Okanagan Sunshine Fruit Packers Ltd subscribes to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) standards as set out by  Canada Gap Certification. Certification under this program is subject to an annual audit and review of farm and packing processes and policies.  We have policies and procedures in place on personal hygiene and food safety, those are followed throughout the packing of fruit (from harvest to packing).
