Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking farm workers to join our team. Farm workers’ duties include assisting with daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and general fieldwork. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Plant, thin, prune and harvest crops
• Operating basic farm tools and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining fields and equipment
• Assist in irrigation
• Following safety and hygiene standards
• Other general farm duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying      weather
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or long      hours during peak seasons
• No experience required (training provided)
• Farm or agricultural experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
• Must be a flexible team player
• Able      to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
